Nautilus Guest House - Hermanus

The Nautilus Guest House has a very central location, with exceptionally pleasant employees who provided excellent service. The units are new-fashioned and airy, with a huge bath and separate shower. Plus, it's conveniently located near The Wine Glass Restaurant, which is a great place to chill out.

Shower leaks onto floor. Battled to open & close the Patio door. No remote fo the old type tv. The courtyard view is of a 4m x 4m barren courtyard with only a table & 2 chairs, but not a bit of vegetation in site,

The hotel was clean and the location was amazing very close to the main area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nautilus Cottage for a winter getaway. The house was beautifully clean and the bedrooms provided a tranquil atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find complimentary chocolates and sherry in the room. The breakfast served was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Throughout our stay, we felt right at home and enjoyed engaging conversations with the management. The stunning views of the Atlantic added an extra touch of beauty to our experience. I would highly recommend Nautilus Cottage for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and overall warmth and comfort.

I mean this in the nicest possible way: the coffee needs improvement - it was hot and wet, but there the similarity to a good cup of coffee ended.

We received a very warm welcome and complimentary sherry on arrival. A lovely comfortable room and delicious breakfast in the morning. The beds were extremely comfortable and gorgeous white linen made for a great night.

There wasn't a table or shelf in the bathroom to put clothes, bottles, cosmetics on. This is the only thing we found was inconvenient.

The guest house is located in a very central area, close to the beach and waterfront restaurants. The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed, with convenient amenities such as an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and an individual safe.

Suitable accommodation for one night. Atmospheric rooms with lovely beds and excellent views. Stunning and awesome location, in the centre of Hermanus. Enjoyed GREAT area. Great restaurant for dinner.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all our needs were met. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king size bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The communal areas, such as the swimming pool and jacuzzi, were well maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which was freshly made to order. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

We had a great room with lots of space and a big and modern bathroom. The bath was particularly good. Extra heater that was provided was needed due to the cold conditions.

There was a leak in the room the first night. However, this was quickly solved by offering us another room in the Pelagis house next door for the second night.

Beautiful large, thatch-roofed, comfortable room with lovely balcony overlooking pool area with glimpse of the sea. Friendly and helpful staff. Direct access from guest house gate to whale-watching cliff-top path, within safe walking distance of town centre shops and restaurants.

Breakfast cold buffet choice was limited compared to what we had encountered elsewhere.

Relaxing bathtime with a nice twin room 🛁 - we really liked it.

Excellent hotel, clean and spaceous room. Close to the beach and centre for restaurants. Overbooked room was compensated by other beautiful room wit some discount. Absolutely recommended cottage
